"If I could give zero stars I would, pizza takes an hour to arrive and is then stone cold when it does, as it goes to 2-3 other destinations first because “the drivers choose which order they deliver in” I don’t think so if my hot food is ready to be delivered it should be there and then not sit waiting for 3 more orders to come in. Keep putting delivery charges up but lowering the standard of service is just disgraceful, back to Pizza Hut for us."

"Poor customer service. Stopped by for a single pizza and asked if it would be possible to have the Hawaiian with ham on one half and pineapple on the other. Apparently this "can't be guaranteed because we are very busy" - despite the fact that it would have taken less than 5 seconds to simply ask the person distributing the toppings to do so Absolutely no reason this couldn't be done other than the person taking the order wanting to be awkward for the sake of it - perhaps they were busy but it certainly didn't seem too bad while I waited! Not a big deal by any stretch but it was disappointing for a relatively new store to behave like this."
"Terrible customer service by the one and only Tom....the manager apparently! discusting pizza and dry wedges. No cheese sauce in the double decadence base which I payed extra for! The worst customer service I've received in a long while. Putting the phone down on me when I rang up to put my complaint in!! Not acceptable! And this was the behaviour of Tom the manger! Shocking. Definitely wasn't expecting me to drive down and speak to him face to face after his rude attitude towards me over the phone and cutting me off mid complaint! Good luck to this branch if your open under his management!"
