"One week ago I noticed how one of my teeth at the back got badly chipped and I was very worried about it. I immediately called the practice and they managed to get me an emergency appointment for few hours later on the same day. Once figured out the issue, 2 days later Dr Sim Mangat and nurse DiPi brilliantly rebuilt the tooth with filling and fixed everything up. They did a miracle really. I am also usually a bit of a nervous patient when it comes to medical checks and needles, but I immediately felt I was in very good hands and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. One week as gone by and my tooth is all ok, no pain, no issues, everything back to normal. I am so grateful!"

She is hard of hearing (will not wear her hearing aid) has dementia and not the easiest of people to deal with. Sim (Simrath Mangat) was brilliant, he was so patient (more so than me)and really went out of his way to help her and for this I would like to thank him.
