When Jessica was on maternity leave Louise was our point of contact and she was always helpful, friendly and approachable. Dean was also very helpful and quick to respond to my emails. Once on the market, many viewings were quickly arranged and we could have sold our flat many times over. I made a controversial decision during our property journey and whilst G&T didn't agree with my decision, they supported my it. "Fast to take the rent but don’t want to sort any repairs on the property. The staff think they’re something special but they’re just pen pushers who ain’t got a clue. Over 5 months we had to beg them to remove the rubbish that was there before the property was taken on! Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors were not fitted until I spoke to the council who then contacted them to get it sorted as it’s against the law. If you have any problems with these clowns your better off going to your local council because they dont want the work"

Dean was polite, punctual and honest with his valuation, he listened to my concerns and put me at ease instantly. G&T charge very reasonable costs to sell, much lower than the big well known agents, for a far better service. Louise is amazing and walks you through ever step of the process . She chases up all enquires with solicitors etc the very minute you put the phone down, and always provided feedback from the house viewings I had.
