"Male Receptionist that I spoke too is the rudest and most hostile person I’ve ever encountered, said he couldn’t book me an appointment because I was no longer a patient because I wasn’t making regular appointments, I don’t see why I would be making appointments if I didn’t have a reason to see the dentist. He also didn’t give a proper explanation he just repeatedly said “I will not book you at this practice” He then went on to say the practice is full but he said we could pay £50 if I want to be seen but if they were honestly full I don’t see how £50 would change the fact of them being full. Essentially he was just looking for a way to exploit money out of me. Horrible. Please don’t waste your time at this practice it’s not worth it."

"Considering this was the dentist I had been going to since I was a child.. the first time going as a mother suffering with ppd with 2 small children 1 being a newborn at the time, I cancelled a prior appointment because of a hospital emergency. the one that was rebooked I came in 5 minutes late apologised because of traffic I sat and wait for some time before I was called in and the female dentist felt the need to make an absolute fool out of me, she laid me back in the chair told me to open my mouth and then proceeded to scorn me about wasting her time told me to get up and told me that I won’t be a patient with them anymore and asked me to leave. I was in complete shock I just left in tears. I haven’t sat in a dentist chair since. Do not recommend this place at all!"

"Asked to move my appointment because they closed Vauxhall station which was open this morning. Very rude person on the phone that tried to make it look as of it was my negligence. As an HCP myself I Wouldn't advice a practice that treats patients like this before the first visit."

"Dentist and and dental Nurse are AMAZING!! I just ended a difficult call with the receptionist - it is the second time he has been challenging over the phone. Today, I wanted to book a treatment as advised by the Dentist last year - I waited because they were short staffed and I thought I was being helpful. But NO - the receptionist was snide in his responses and not kind enough to listen but found it appropriate to rudely interrupt by saying I cancel appointments. I have only ever rescheduled and where a date could not be given I advised I would call back. EVERY Time I call - I never DNA - even the day I went into the hospital for an emergency C-section, I called and left a message and called after my baby was born to make sure they got the message. I feel the only thing he wanted to do was exert his non-existent power by making me feel small."
