"I had an appointment at Chronos London Dental Clinic at 12:15 p.m. and I arrived at the time set at 12:15 there and I was told that the doctor thought I was not coming and he left, how is that possible? I didn't cancel the appointment, how can he leave, thinking that I won't come to the appointment? He certainly left the clinic before 12 o'clock . That's shows unprofessionalism and more than that. The bell didn't work, the receptionist and the nurse were talking in the back yard and the nurse said I should have seen the doctor leave if I waited in front of the clinic ....i was speechless, rude &untrained staff. I drove 40 minutes away for this clinic for this "treatment". So think twice before choosing their "services".
