"I had a difficult experience yesterday at bio health dentist on arrival I felt very anxious because of the paperwork I was asked to complete . I decided not to stay for my appointment. I was told if I left I would lose my deposit . I realise that I was cancelling a booking and it is fair enough that I should pay some compensation for your administration but I am requesting that you return at least £65 of the £100 I was asked to pay in advance . I thank you for your kind consideration. PS In reply to your response the forms I was asked to sign were not health forms I had already completed these on line . I was asked to signed 3 forms about covid 19 I didn't agree with everything the forms said. I do wish you would just reimburse me some of the extremely high deposit that you charged. I do understand there should be a charge for administration but my feeling is £35 would more than cover this ."

"Dr Giuseppe using word holistic as a guise to charge more money - the dentist could not answer of my valid questions and became extremely defensive, RUDE and AGGRESSIVE and blame the receptionists for their bad service. Friends who have been here also have said the same thing he has a real arrogant attitude and will not go back - not professional or someone you want to trust with your health"

"I contacted the practice In November and was not met with professional customer service. The first time I contacted them, I spoke to a call centre operative who told me her job was not to answer questions and that it's not something they do. I then emailed and someone called Olga, a manager, replied. I was told to book a consultation for £100 to get some basic questions answered or email in. Naturally I opted for an email because all I only wanted to know is the dentists protocol, credentials and whether they use SMART protocol for safe amalgam removal, which is VERY important to me. Clearly they don't, because my questions were never answered and Olga ignored my chaser for the answers. Not a great first impression for someone who is about to place their money, trust in a biological dentist. After exploration, I found a dentist who had a very professional customer service team. In fact, their very knowledgeable dental nurse even called me back to answer my questions and to explain in detail their safety protocols, which put my mind at ease. Your customer service is awful and if you can't be bothered to answer new patient enquiries, then you will most certainly not get my business or referrals. Secondly, every prospective patient has the right to ask you questions, since they are putting their faith and quite often their sensitivities in your hands, which is why I felt compelled to write about my experience."
