"I had called Reception because of painful tooth. Louise on Reception managed to fit me in same day. Dentist as always takes time to listen to you. Puts you at ease and reassured me. He was assisted by an efficient friendly Dental Nurse. I was given an appointment to deal with an unrelated filling the next week with a follow up check to see if pain had gone. This 2nd appt was again an all round good experience. Louise on Reception welcoming and Dentist again Professional, gentle and explaining every step of the way assisted again by a different but equally efficient Dental Nurse.
