"I have been a patient at the Richmond Road Dental Practice for many years. In some ways this long relationship with the Practice speaks for itself. A number of dentists have treated me during this time. I would also speak highly of Helen, receptionist, a great and long serving member of the Practice team. Her warm personality is a real asset. Having had dental problems for many years I don't consider myself a nervous patient, Even so,the dentists have always made me feel at ease talking me through all stages of treatment as it proceeds. As I am on a pension I have to make sure my appointment is not recorded as an emergency appointment ( unless necessary )with the additional cost that this incurs. It is also important to discuss costs about choices of treatment and to be given time to consider these choices. But of course the responsibility here lies with me to ask the relevant questions at the outset. I hope that these comments are helpful."
"It was a delight to meet the team at Richmond Road practice. The ladies in reception made me feel very welcome and Simi the dentist was super kind, really knowledgable and diagnosed the issues. After the appointment she give me some great advice and prepared a plan for future treatments. She was great!!! The only constructive feedback is that the X-ray scans which are electronic and take a minute (and include two different mouth ‘guards to bite into) and show on the computer, were a little pricey imho. However, the wonderful friendly service is what stayed with me when I left the practice."
