"I had a bad experience with this practice. The family joined as NHS patients and had our first appointments/check-ups. Treatments received were fine. Fillings and hygienist were required and all treatments amounted to approx £400. The practice took a number of part payments, as I have since discovered is their policy. After treatment and payment, my husband was asked if he wished to book and pay for his next hygienist appointment in advance, which he did (£70). Fast forward 5 months, we received a call from the practice asking for payment for the upcoming hygienist appointment. It was explained that we had paid in advance, to which the practice informed us that due to mistake by whoever was on reception that day, insufficient payment had been taken for previous treatments, so the £70 he paid had gone to cover that. Rather than call me to discuss their mistake with payment, they chose to take the money I paid for another service to cover the shortfall. I find that completely unacceptable (if it's even legal?). Following that, they then cancelled the hygienist appointment, and didn't even bother to inform us. Bearing in mind that we were the wronged parties, I feel the customer service was very poor."

Starting off, Lucia was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door, I was a bit nervous as it was my first time going by myself. Her positive attitude and kind demeanour really put me at ease, which is something that is always appreciated when visiting the dentist. Lucia was also very attentive during my appointment, making sure to explain everything she was doing and why it was necessary. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was very informative about the best practices for maintaining good oral health. Overall, truly a positive experience!"
