"I’ll start by saying that I am the MOST nervous of patients. I have to be dragged by my molars to see any dental specialist. So it’s a compliment enough to say I’ve been back here time and time again and have had the best experiences. From the friendly, efficient, understanding and kindly reception team (my last visit in Dec 22, I had the pleasure of being processed by the fabulous Natasha) to the cleanliness of the waiting area to the professional duty of care after an appointment. She is fully aware of my fear and does everything she can to alleviate my anxiety. She’s friendly, considerate, funny and kind. As for her specialist expertise, it is off the charts good.
