"Only put 1 star as it would not let me put zero!!! Booked in for my wedding day weeks in advance. Received a text message from the owner the day before my appointment asking me to come half an hour later than planned. I had a tight schedule due to other wedding prep and the wedding being the following morning, but I agreed to attend at the later time. I turned up and the shop was closed!!!!! I called the same number that had confirmed my appointment the day before several times, but got no answer. The owner knew it was my wedding day, so I feel this is terrible behaviour. I appreciate that emergencies happen but know that the shop opened up the next day and did not receive as much as an apology text. Would never go back and have since been told by other customers that the same has happened to them and that the owner always claims that there was a family emergency!!!! Very disappointing."
