After my first facial, I saw how passionate Kirsty was about skin and skincare and how beneficial it is. I am now a regular! "The whole team are so positive and friendly and I have never felt more welcomed into a salon, than I have at Luna. Every visit I have had to the salon, I have left not only happy with the service, but also laughing my head off. In terms of services, I had my first bespoke facial with Kirsty two weeks ago. The facial was very informative and relaxing, so much so I actually fell asleep on the bed. My skin felt super glowy and clean afterward, so I even went and bought the PH Formula Cleanser that was recommended. I have booked in for another facial in a few weeks time and I am loving the cleanser in the meantime. I go to Ellie for my fingers and toes, along with Hollywood waxing. Ellie always gets my nails perfect and I leave happy with colour and the quality… they always last a long time! Although today was my first Hollywood wax with Ellie, she was super professional and made me feel so at ease (even though I may have been squealing and tensing up)… I have had this type of wax before, but I have never felt as comfortable and left as happy with the results as I have today. Sorry Ellie, but I will be booking again… I hope that I’ll be more prepared next time! I haven’t had the pleasure of having an appointment with Heidi yet, but as I consider myself a customer here for life I am sure I will get in with her at some point… She is always welcoming and friendly when I come in and happy to have a chat!
