"No details too describe apart from don't stay here. My wife and I were only here for 30 minutes and decided too book elsewhere. Bed sheets were not clean, walls are dirty, a pane of glass is broken on outside of a window and no plug sockets for charging mobiles etc. If there was a minus on the stars rating then that would be appropriate so 0/5 it should be and not 1/5."
"Unique and surprisingly affordable. spent a very peasant 5 days pretending to be lord and lady of the manor. Fully equipped country kitchen, comfortable rooms and beautiful country side views. Very self-service and be prepared to put up with old electrical outlets and plumbing and to share with visiting tradies and other fellow travellers."
"The estate was lovely, hard to find however was unorganised. I wasn't given my welcome pack by email therefore I didn't know what room I was in and I paid for a en suite which was extra and got placed in a normal room. I called to mention this but didn't get through, left it till the morning then called and was told to find myself another room within the house. Found myself another room to then find that the upstairs shower was going to leak and burst the wall above my bed. I called up again about this and they sent the house keeper out who moved me to a different estate of which we couldn't use anything apart from the room as there was a party on. Not a very good stay but unlucky I guess. Lovely looking estate though."
"If zero stars was an option thats what I would give them. We came here to stay the night for my birthday and struggled to find it, as it is so poorly sign posted. In all honesty I wish we had kept driving and never found it! From the outside it holds promise but it's positive attributes start and end there. As we entered the property there were three unattended children running about, pushing each other in to us and knocking our luggage over. The one adult we could find to ask where our room was turned out to be a topless male who had no clue where our room was. We eventually found our room which was horrendous. Damp on the ceiling and walls, a sash window, littered with cobwebs, that wouldn't shut and a roller blind that was filthy. The shared bathroom was no better, mold and mildew and clearly not clean. In addition the random children spent the best part of an hour kicking our door trying to get in to our room. We quickly made the decision to leave and find alternative accommodation. If you are considering booking a stay here my advice would be DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF! Book yourself in somewhere else and avoid this hotel like the plague!"
