The is a particular member of staff and she was dishonest with me today but when I spoken to the other member of staff she apologised and acknowledged I had been correct this particular member of staff has been backed up many times by her manager when she was reported the last time and so changes will never be made when staff think they can speak to you and behave how they like.. no excuses."
"What has happened to this surgery!!!! I have been a patient here since birth, i have finally left today after finding an alternative doctor, there was no way i could have stayed. Actually trying to get an appointment here can give you stress and anxiety 40 mins on the phone waiting to ask a simple question, or make an appointment if you can get one within the same month. Everything is a complete shambles one person not knowing what the other is doing, no communication, the people who are in charge of running this place really need to talke a long hard look at what is going on, and the books should be closed to new patients. Have some respect for your old ones. Only gave it one star becuse you have to."
