"Went in for a simple shellac. As per the photo, the guy painted on my skin. I asked for this to be removed from my skin and an attempt was made but most of it was left on. I get shellac as it lasts far longer than normal varnish but this started chipping after 12 hours. I also had to direct them how to file my nails but they still had sharp corners. Was also charged more than in the South of the UK!"

"The lady who works here is lovely! She does a really good job, my nails lasted 4 weeks with no breaks. However, when a went for an infill a male staff member did my nails. He was very rude - he kept sighing, rolling his eyes and slapping my fingers away. He has also filed the nail on little finger way too far to the point I can see my nail bed and it's pouring with blood. For this reason I won't be returning."
