"MOT and Annual Service. Car failed its MOT. Required a small part, which they ordered. Was told it would be ready for collection the following day rather than same day collection. Next day came and no response from Fields. Called them at midday and was told that the part had arrived, but it was unlikley to be fitted that day and they would need a third day as "all their ramps were in use". Appreciate they are busy but would have been helpful to have been advised at the outset that the part would take three days to fit. I require my car for work and had to make other costly arrangements at short notice."
