"Pleased with the service I received today when visiting for a glucose tolerance test. All staff were friendly and approachable including reception staff. Toilet was clean. There was a little cafe available on site. Only thing I'd suggest is making sure all the hand sanitisers are filled."
"The receptionist was not very nice , very stroppy has my husband couldn’t hear what she was saying has hes deaf and she was wearing a mask , so couldn’t lip read and looked at him has if he was thick!! So I answered for him and she gave me nasty look for answering After all this a place for deaf and hard of hearing people . When he went in to see the doctor mrs delves she was lovely and patient too so apart from the young receptionist it would have 5 stars Visited again on the 23rd January and the older receptionist was amazing and the service my husband received was 5 stars that’s how it should be thank you ."
"Visit to the Audiology Department to order new Hearing Aids. Pleasant receptionist and then seen smack on time by the Audiologist who was pleasant and efficient ,patiently explaining my options. Came out feeling more than satisfied. The on site cafe is also good and clean for simple food and drinks."
"Never answer the phones! I was calling once or twice a day for 2.5 weeks!! I had to go there in person in order to make an appointment. On there information board there is a 'how to improve our service', someone had write about not being able to get through on the phone. Whilst I was waiting for my appointment a couple came in saying they couldnt get through on the phones. Another women came in and said the same thing, that she also had been calling for days. There is evidentally an issue with the phone lines. However, I have been using this service my whole adult life for a number of different things. I can not fault the service. The nurses are friendly and make you feel comfortable."
"I have used this Health Centre a number of times for a number of different services. There are so many services available here. The car park is at the rear with a disabled entrance in the front and the back of the building. There is a pharmacy and a cafe. The centre is exceptionally clean, there are a number of floors with lifts and stairs available, the lifts have a folding chair inside which is helpful. The staff are helpful. Even though there are so many different services here it never seems to be crowded or busy. All of the different departments and floors are labelled clearly. I would reccomend this centre to anyone who needs it."
