"Ordered sofa waited 12 weeks delivery turned up on 14th Feb only half of order on lorry and took back the half they had and told me it would be delivered first drop after lunch and never turned up spent rest of afternoon trying to get through to someone to find out when it would be delivered only to be told that Catherine from the warehouse would contact me she never did!!! After another one of many calls to customer service Was told that someone from warehouse would contact me by close of day never did!!!! If you are looking to buy furniture look elsewhere!!!!!"
