"Below average sums up our experience. The bed is really great now that it is finally here. Logistics were useless and customer services were a waste of time. What should have been a 5 day delivery of a ‘stock’ item turned into a 5 week pain in the backside. The company is virtual and just acts as the middleman from the manufacturers but shoddy nonetheless…"

"Bought a bed from this company on the 16th April! STILL waiting for delivery. Customer service are useless and have given us 3 dates for delivery all of which no bed turned up. According to them the bed is coming from the manufacturer and they have been communicating with them for the delivery dates. After sitting in for ANOTHER day and nothing arriving, I have just called the manufacturer only to be told that they had no intention of delivering until 30th May and had never given dates previous to this (so why were we being told we had specific dates?) .. then realised they had incorrect details for us. No wonder we weren't receiving updates ! Waiting over a month for delivery is a joke when the advertised delivery was 7-10 working days !! I just hope the bed is in good condition because I dread to think what the returns process would be."
