"Been there for checking for a noise coming from the van however they couldn't find what's the problem. They said they took the wheels out for checking the breaking pads and put the computer to scan for any issues. I paid £110 for "cleaning" I don't know what on the weels and computer scan which I haven't received a diagnostic document. Felt overpriced for something which I wasn't comunicated the cost of it and overall it wasn't a good experience. I know for sure that I will never use their services again and do not recommend."
"Had our Jaguar taken here by the RAC as alternator had gone. Very poor communication, we had to chase the garage to find out what was happening and when we spoke to them we felt like it was hardship and a problem. When we finally got the car back it was filthy covered with grease and it stank! We are now taking the car to be checked by our normal garage to make sure the job has been done properly as we are concerned. We would not recommend this garage to anyone and how they are a RAC recommended garage we are not sure."
