"Admiral Suggested Fix Auto Dagenham to replace the steering wheel and Window on my car and repairs on the leather seat. It took approximately a week for them to provide an estimate and then a courtesy car for me, ( which stunk of cigarettes despite being told not to smoke in it). I was given a date 27th September that the repairs will be ready on my car and had been informed that parts had been delivered to the company. Received a call on Monday the 26th to tell me that the car is still due to be finished on the 27th which seemed reasonable, the 27th came and i received no call or text to let me know whats going on. Calling them endlessly as they rarely pick up the phone, the receptionist informs me that there has been a delay due to more parts needing to be ordered and therefore the car will be ready on 29th. Seems fair, they may have found more parts that need replacing. So i wait till the 29th, and again receive no call or text, which i then drove to the Garage to see what was going on. The receptionist again informs me that more parts had to be ordered and the car wont be ready till next Wednesday the 5th October. Infuriated, i asked to see the car, and see that not even half the job had been done YET they told me on Monday that it is expected to be done on Tuesday despite having done so little. The car was still a mess with no new window, glass pieces from the old shattered window still all over the car they hadnt even bothered cleaning it, steering wheel had not been coded, or the leather been repaired. A huge list of things still to do, and they had the audacity to string me along with these completion dates which were never going to happen. Despite saying parts had arrived, they were still missing the window which made me even angrier. The lack of communication through not giving me phone calls to keep me updated, the false promises about the car being ready on certain dates, and straight up lies about parts being delivered when they had not. I went to pick up the car today to inspect it and see that glass had not been cleared from the interior door trim, which you could hear rattling when closing the door, despite me specifically telling them to make sure they clean it thoroughly. They took it back into the work shop to do this making me wait another hour, and making me miss an hour of work. When driving off i later discovered when moving my seat that there were shards of glass still under the seat which they had not bothered checking. For such a repair which can be dangerous if not cleaned properly, they sure did not thoroughly check over the car. If you are with admiral and they suggest this place, you are better off going to main dealer as Fix Auto will do a half job unless you apply pressure to them to do it Properly, and still it isnt 100%."

"Had the front bumper painted on my F30, had some scuff and lots of stone chips. Work done was of a good quality and paint match was good. Car was handed back to me nice and clean.
