I've recently been unwell and the whole practice pulled out all the stops to get me help when the Worcester Royal couldn't. In troubled times for our NHS this place goes above and beyond. "Nightmare trying to get appointment on the phone. This business of only taking appointments for the day isn't making it much easier... Their parking isn't for the faint of heart. Some lovely staff, some not as caring. But over all we've been looked after well so far. Been with them 7 years.... Sounds like they are one of the best in the area. Good pharmacy too"
