"Rude staff, unprofessional and abrupt no customer service skills what's so ever.. Absolutely ridiculous! I've been calling for days no answer been waiting on the phone 20 minutes.. you are letting your patients down by not allowing us to even book an appointment with a doctor..no online access either to book an appointment anymore.. absolutely appalling. On the other hand DR PRICE IS AN AMAZING DOCTOR."
"I phoned in today for an appointment for my 8 month old daughter, got an appointment for 11:20am we arrived on time and checked in, the receptionist said "Thats fine take a seat", we then waited till 12:30 until we realised there may be a problem, when we queried this with the receptionist they said they had us down as 'did not attend' so i pointed out who i spoke to and she said "you've been waiting till now" as if to say why didnt you query this sooner as if patients are always seen on time, i then asked for an another appointment for tomorrow as the receptionist said the Dr had finished his surgery for today, to which she replied "You will have to call tomorrow morning". So when ive done everything right by calling in to get an appointment, arriving on time, patently waiting my turn, the system still failed me, the worst part was, the receptionist never apologised, there was no accountability. I just walked out as it became apparent that they couldn't or werent will to help me. I think this doctors surgery is the worst one ive ever experienced, if you're looking for a new doctor to register to, this is not the one, i cant wait till the NHS is privatised, i wouldnt mind paying for a service where there is accountability. I dont mind waiting for appointments but its the lack of empathy that indicated it time to change doctors, i wish everyone good luck when attending this medical centre."
"This is by far the worst medical practice i have ever had!!!! they have delayed my medication for pain countless times and furthermore as a result delayed my prescription for my medication for my mental health which is essential to my survival again and again . The staff are rude and incompetent. Their is no communication between the doctors at this practice. DO NOT EVER use this medical centre it will be a bad mistake. I am vex with them beyond belief!!!!!!"
"I joined the practice on relocating to the area on the recommendation of others. My experience has been one error after the other. Leaving me without prescription medication for extended periods of time, failure to provide oncologist-requested blood test forms. Everything is a battle and has to be done three or four times through their website forms as their phone line simply rings out. Most forms are auto-replied then ignored. I've never yet had a thing run smoothly in over a year and have regrettably decided that as soon as/if I ever get my latest repeat prescription dispensed, I'll move practice and lodge a formal complaint with the health authority. I would highly recommend trying elsewhere."
"The doctors at this surgery are very nice and good. However there is one receptionist who is always moody. Never willing to even listen to your full condition before interuppting. I am heavily pregnant and suffering from real bad backache. It could be a UTI or even preterm labour but this receptionist didn't think it was important for me to see the doctor. While I tried to explain my condition she carries on with okay then bye. Quite rude especially when the front staff are receptionist they do give a bad impression to the surgery it self. I think phone calls should be monitored regularly because some of these receptionist feel they can speak to however they want and get away with it. There's no professionalism, I've witnessed people lose their anger but most of the time they do provoke you , maybe speak to a person as if your speaking to a person. I've had the same receptionist book double appointments over my midwife appointment making me wait for over an hour or 2 which isn't convenient when you have little kids. Have also had the same receptionist tell me to tell about both my kids in a single appointment to the doctor. Which obviously the doctors aren't very happy about but receptionist needs to stop misguiding people and treating people rudely."
