"I changed to this practice as I moved to wednesbury since I gave birth in 2021! I’m still waiting for have my postnatal appointment since 2021, also note I just given second birth dec 2022! Called for my son been told if he doesn’t get well by Friday ‘I WILL SEE HIM’ called Thursday, to ask what time to take my boy in? The reception said there nothing on the system? So I asked to fit me in for a call. Friday - Dr was so defensive about everything I couldn’t get one word in only thing I hear him say I disagree? And there nothing he can do for my poorly son! They obviously get funded by government for numbers of patients they registry but sadly they dont have the facilities to manage their patients! Worse practice!!!!!"
"Worst practice around, reception staff are rude arrogant and think they are above everyone. Get told to call at 8am as no appointments are available but when you call at 8 there’s no appointments. Please avoid as they have NO DUTY OF CARE"
"If I could give minus stars I would. Twice now they have basically fobbed my son off and twice now he has ended up being admitted into hospital for lengthy stays. Just waiting for the latest round of hospital appointment letters to come through and then it's off to a new GP for us."
"It has been many years since I've had an appointment, and called several times. They say call at 8am you do then you can't get to anyone till close to 9am and by that time they are always fully booked then tell you to do it again tomorrow. Once I did that because i was in a lot of pain and I was in was a cycle of never being seen. Receptinist of Dr Ahmed is the worst and suggest if im not happy move to another doctor surgery which I will."
"Although I am not a patient here my partner is and it has always been awful to get an appointment. The doctors and nurses don't seem to be the problem, the blame almost completely lies with the service agents, phones are not answered unless it's 8:30 or 4pm (never known this from a surgery before). And you could be left waiting for hours if you're not first, our last call was 1 hour 51 mins before she decided to give up as it was almost closing time. She has called in the past waited a long time just to have the phone hung up on her, she is very unwell and had been told by a&e that she needs urgent referrals for tests from her go but getting through to them is next to impossible. I would never ever join this clinic and I feel sorry for anyone who is. Appalling if I could give half a star I would. And only because they do prioritize young children but over a certain age you may die before being seen get yourself to a professionally ran surgery for your own good."
