"Used their automated call back system, got a call back 15 minutes later. Had a telephone appt booked for the next morning. Prescription given to the pharmacy that day to be picked up. Hearing peoples stories from other GP surgeries I can fully appreciate that Ashfield were quick and prompt. Their call back system is great!"
"I don't know why this doctors has such bad reviews I needed an appointment for Monday and they offered me one straight away sadly I couldn't have gone because of work however I rang again at half 8 today and got through within 3 minutes and got an appointment straight away such lovely and understanding staff on the phone as well wasn't rude at all. Got seen fairly fast too. Remember its the staffs fault if nothing is available for that day try again tomorrow nothing but positive experience"
"I have called twice this week already, my results are in, I just cant see them on the my patient app until my doctors back from having COVID… why? What a ridiculous process, get the admin team to update the mypatient app for anxious patients waiting for results as soon as they are available, with a status “awaiting GP approval” for further comments. This would prevent constant phonecalls off patients chasing results, ensure faster treatment, as well as relieve pressures from GP’s & reception team…Don’t even get me started on the appointment booking process!"
"I rang the Surgery this morning at 0830hrs, I was only 4th in the queue and spoke to the receptionist. She was extremely polite and said that the Doctor would call me back. GP called me at 10am, I then went to the Surgery. Due to my symptoms I waited outside which was acceptable due to COVID. I attended my appointment, the Doctor was extremely thorough and professional (Sorry I cannot remember his name). The Receptionists were also professional and personal, calling me by my first name, which was lovely.. A positive experience, Thank you."
"Worst doctors I've ever had, totally understand there's a pandemic, still should be able to get an appointment, tried calling for 2 weeks, either they cut you off or don't answer at all, I made 112 calls from my mobile and still failed.other doctors have managed fine to give there patience appointments, however came up with this system needs sacking, thankfully I'm about to move doctors. Hope the surgery looses all there patience"
