"I was in recent contact with BMS regarding a timing chain replacement and further diagnostics for my BMW 520D F10. I was experiencing unusual vibrations and a significant chain rattle. These issues were initially identified from another garage who offered a high quote of repair. I found BMS via a google search and based on their reviews, I decided to enquire about the repair based on the information I was already given. I was in contact with Angela who certainly went out their way to answer all my concerns. After some further searches, I decided to book my car with BMS and was told of a future date well in advance. After being quoted well over £3500 to repair a transfer box issue at a BMW main dealer and being treated to awful customer service there to boot, I had finally given up with main dealers.
