Reviews
"Friendly and efficient staff, short waiting times and a very caring environment. My Doctor is very patient and has always listened to me. I really can't understand the negative reviews , unless they are from people with a different agenda? ( but then who am I to judge)"
"Terrible patient care constantly having to chase prescriptions that aren't done that are important!!! And they give you wrong information all the time . We feel let down completely by this "service" ."
"Absolutely shocking.....this place needs new staff they are appalling. 3 month wait for appointments is not helpful.. damaging actually. No support network for emotional, physical, financial support"
"Shocking service ... my cbt sessions are the only good thing that has come out of it... the doctors here keep failing to message my gp about medication changes so I have been left unmedicated since June. And my next appointment is April we're now in November I'm supposed to be seen every three months .... aswell as not seeing the people I'm supposed to see and constant changes in my doctors I feel that this service has massively failed and should not be someone's sole treatment for their mental health recovery"
"Going to change to a different center to help me. Had to wait 9 month for a appointment because they kept cancelling the appointments and pushing it back. Finally went to an appointment but was only there for 2 mins! Didn't really listen to me or offer any support to help me. They just gave me more tablets and up my dose! Dreadful service, I get more help from my local GP."
