"I had a problem with one of my tyres having low pressure warning on my way home from work, which persisted despite pumping air at the petrol station. So I took it to Kwik Fit Ruislip Manor based on recommendation. There was one other customer there at the time and we were advised there would be a 30 minute wait before our cars would be looked at. While I waited, I witnessed a happy and friendly team of staff offering a professional service and advice to walk in customers, e.g. a lady enquiring about her tyre pressure was seen to promptly. I was later informed that a big nail had caused a puncture in my tyre and that it could be repaired. Upon completion, the mechanic said to me that the repair work would be free of charge as I had waited a long time. I was genuinely touched by his goodwill gesture. Highly recommended."
