"Bought my car here as I was hearing a loud sound from the enegine & was told its the battery which was then replaced at the cost of £125. Continued to have the same issue & took it back, without getting it on the ramp they established what may be the issue & took £200 cash without a receipt suggesting a part was to be ordered. Its been 2 weeks today since paying and no part has arrived yet. In the mean time took my car elsewhere & they resolved the issue within 2 days. I would not reccommend unless you are looking to waste your time & money. Unprofessional is an understatement & communication is a massive issue. I could go on about all the little issues but I am grateful my £200 was returned in cash. I wouldnt go back."
