"I cannot recommend HSL highly enough. They are a compassionate, caring and conscientious company who go above and beyond to meet and exceed customer expectations. The thing that first attracted me to the company was the the fact that they are a household name when it comes to comfort furniture. More than this, when my Nan needed a chair I was worried as she couldn't get to store. My fears were quickly allayed when a nice lady at the Exeter store said they they provide a 'hassle free' Home Consultation service. As with the nature of these home visits I was conscious that my Nan would feel obliged to buy a chair even if she didn't want one, and so I was with her during the consultation. I can honestly say that there was absolutely no pressure to buy whatsoever and the staff were hugely helpful and knowledgeable. I will be recommending HSL again!"
