"I am absolutely thrilled with the service I have received from Strachan from quote to installation and everything in between. Firstly Stuart who dealt with our quote and original drawings was nothing but professional and helpful. Even when I decided that the drawings were not what we were looking for and had to have them completely redesigned, this was no problem. He was keen for us to get the best possible design that maximised the awkward space we have. Then every time I spoke to someone in the office particularly Sarah and Stuart they were nothing but professional and courteous. Even during times I was being challenging, like when I had to get a hatch put into the designs for access to a void we didn't know we needed, this was no hassle at all and they even sent out someone to remeasure the hatch at my request. When Kevin and Jonathan arrived they worked quickly and efficiently to dismantle the old wardrobe and even took the time to talk to my little boy who was really curious about what was happening in his house. Jonathan worked tirelessly throughout the three days to ensure that the wardrobe was fitted to the highest standard. He was clean and tidy, taking into consideration the fact that we were still having to sleep in the room at night. The precise angles and the high quality finish of the wardrobes show off the skilled tradesman that Jonathan is and I can't get over the quality of the work and product. When you buy from Strachan you are buying a quality product that you will be 100% happy with. It wasn't cheap, but I genuinely believe you pay for quality and I am so glad we chose Strachan and will again in future."
