I told them the rack I was looking at and they were very helpful and thorough with making sure I had all the correct information available to aid with the installation. They even told me to put off ordering until I was sure I had everything absolutely right. They sent me various follow up emails after the order with helpful information regarding the tools I needed specifically for the job I was doing. As I was essentially modifying the installation process that they usually recommend. The roof rack arrived the very next day which was a bonus. It was well packaged and had zero defects.
