Last year I went in to have my Botox and lips done as my daughter had booked it for me for a present. Whilst having my consultation Gemma asked if I had a black eye and I explained no my eyes had been that way for 12 months as I was recommended a nurse to do my tear trough and unfortunately the nurse used the wrong filler and after numerous visits back to see if the nurse could rectify what she had done she told me my only option would be surgery after she tried to flush it with saline. My eyes were terrible and my sight in one eye was going blurry after explaining this to Gemma and showing her photographs of the diary I kept of my eyes and the filler that was used she straight away told me she would remove the filler free of charge as I could potentially go blind. I can’t thank her enough this was the first time we’d met, I was a new client, so since that day Just over a year ago Gemma has used her time and products and removed the filler free of charge.
