"Tend to use this Halfords regularly for both car's MOT's as short walk from home so convenient to drop off and walk back without feeling like I'm going out of the way. Last week got 2 tyres and full wheel alignment and very happy with the work. This week major service booked in, couple of bits needing topping up/replacing all done future advisories given and Antonio, manager, was very friendly and helpful as well as giving advice on how to get some money off/back (e.g. through free motoring club sign up)."

"Not a good experience... Booked in for one date, received a call to say they could do a day earlier... fine by me... took in at 08:30 1st job... Great... lost myself for an hour and a half in Staines as agreed... returned at 10:00 to find alignment had not been started... waited another hour and a half... now 3 hours. Got in the car... (cream interior)... filthy... the mechanic had scuffed his boots all over the sill and left hand prints on the door fabric and interior handle. Fortunately had some surface wipes in the car due to Covid precautions, so able to clean it off immediately before I drove off and they got ingrained in the surfaces... Pleased to get away without getting involved in a row... (which I felt would have been warranted). So now 11:35... Couldn't waste any more time, as other things to do. This particular site needs to get its act together and not promise a service standard it can't deliver. Very disappointed, as experiences at other sites and locations have been much much better."
