"Awful. Bought a used car from them. Claimed it was serviced but when I went to the next service at a different garage, they couldn't find any record of it on Skoda's syste. Cue scores of calls, ignored emails etc. Eventually they called the other dealer and sorted it....well supposedly. Now I come to sell the car, guess what?...No record of the services on Skoda system. Emailed the sales manager twice. Not even a reply."
