"Horrible service. Made an order for 5 parts listed on the website - no ready stock is available for ALL 5 parts. This wouldn’t be an issue if they could get stock supplied quickly but no, they have indefinite lead times and they need to be chased constantly for updates. I’ve asked for a cancellation of my order and a refund but didn’t get a reply. Please avoid buying from this website if you are in urgent need of parts, they’re unreliable and borderline unethical."
"I have read others reviews who have had issues with customer service, however my experience with Tom was somewhat different, I ordered a set of TPMS for a Panamera, it turned out they didn’t work and after some investigation both D911 and I learnt that the 970.2 has different TPMS, they exchanged the items via DPD at their expense and my convenience. Only reason for knocking a star off is that 3 Days after the refund dept processed the refund payment for the incorrect set I still don’t have it! Tom very helpful and good comms. I would use them again."
