She regularly updated us on the situation and went over and above to try and ensure our car was with us ASAP. Bethany the sales woman was professional with a touch of informality all the way through the process, she met all our needs and went above and beyond to cater for us. No pushy sales tactics, didn't feel any pressure to actually buy the car. We showed up to our appointment and she left me and my girlfriend to it, we took the car out and had a good look around it.
