"Absolutely shocking service. Rudeness & arrogance from the Guy Andy on the front counter. Most unhelpful person I have come across for many years. Wouldn't let me speak to the manager after driving a long way to collect pre-ordered parts which were not even in stock. He lied to me saying the parts required were not even listed. Had to stand outside the store and phone the manager to sort it out . Parts were found to be in stock at Welling branch ."
