To my chagrin, I didn't get anyone's name, but everyone I spoke to was helpful and attentive, and the guy who changed my battery and sorted me a charger and whatnot was super nice, very helpful and knowledgable, explained things well, and took the time to do things such as checking both batteries with a multimeter before and after changing them etc. 10/10, recommended by someone at work, and I'll be recommending to anyone who has battery needs!"
