"Philip was such a gentleman, taking time out help me run a few tests on my car, which clearly he didn't need to do as he'd tested my battery and confirmed it was fully charged and performing well above expected parameters. He even tested my old battery, which again he did not need to do, but helped me to realise that battery was still in good condition.
