"This place was miles better than most soft play venues. The variety of play options was vast, aside from the normal climbing, sliding elements there were various make believe shops where they could dress up and be a shed, vet, fire fighter, mechanic etc. There were also bumper cars and a carousel included in the price which is nice as other places charge extra. Had a coffee and cake whilst there and usually at soft play that's a mistake but actually the coffee was really good and the cake was nice too. Ultimately the experience has changed my whole world view of Stevenage which was "meh" at best prior."
"Great party but do not buy adults prepaid drinks and cakes. My son had a great time at his party, the check in was a good idea our host was very friendly maybe she could have interacted a bit more with the children however once the kids were running around the place was just perfect for very active 7 year olds. Then food and a bit of dancing. They could do a bit better with games after the food but but overall my experience was good specially considering my little one and his friends left feeling they had a great time. What would have made it excellent… the contact before the party was none even an email telling you what to expect would have been better and a call even more, I contacted them to find out if I had to tell them what food we were ordering. Then there is no service or check ins during the 80 minute play… The kids food was ok but I was disappointed there was no desert and the decorations of the party area are minimal. And as mentioned before the games and music are fun but I am sure it can be much better it was just the minimal interaction a couple of songs and a game of statues. The hosts entertaining barely interact with the children. It does feel like a chore they were friendly but something was missing to call it proper party entertainers a tick box to get the party done. The children probably didn’t even notice again for me the difference between 4 and 5 stars. But what did disappoint and a complete rip off was the hot drinks and cakes and biscuits platter for adults; at £21 for 5 we paid for 2 we got a few packets of biscuits a couple of wrapped cakes and a hot water termal with cheap tea and instant coffee if I would known I would have bought the drinks there. Instant coffee …really? I give 4 stars as my little one had a great time they don’t know better but you as adult leave feeling the for the place is just a tick box going through a checklist instead of making it an experience. But with just a few tweaks it would be a perfect experience."
"First time here. Kids loved it. Would have given 5 stars but the woman who was on the food till was a bit strange. No eye contact when ordering. Grunted and was mumbling throughout and was about as enthusiastic as a sloth. Order was made about 1300 hours. Man running the carosel was the opposite. Friendly smiling and spoke to all the kids. Special mention for him... maybe he could train the woman on the food till about customer service... We will be back as we loved it"
"Once arriving we spent about hour in the big area climbing and going down the slides and going on carousel but then noticed the smaller play area and the mock shops. My daughter and us really loved it, playing dress up and making toy pizza. Plenty to keep kids entertained including an outside area with sandpit. Toilet and changing facilities available plus seating and food available too."
"Good play for the kids, they loved it, good little cafe and drinks area, plenty of fun activities for the kids to do and play with, however, it wasn't all as clean as it could have been, toilet flushes didn't work and no soap for washing hands."
