"Poor service, I have contacted them several times over the last 2 months since my no fault accident to chase them up and also explain that my vehicle is pulling to the side of the road meaning I have been unable to use it. Last call was 3rd January, I was told by the claim handler that they would get back ASAP. As of today (16/01/2023), have still not been given a resolution."

"Well unfortunately some of my personal property has been stolen from my car including an alloy wheel that I bought for a spare as it comes with one of those repair kits . I phoned and was told they would hand the case on to the relevant department but it’s obviously been ignored. Just an update easidrive think I drove a 3hour round trip to pick up a spare wheel I bough for £350 to discover it was gone for fun . They now think I should help them recover the money from my insurer for the hire car . Awful oh and I’ve hat to purchase a spare wheel for my new car so in total my loss is £700"

"My insurance tried to refer me to this evil company yesterday but after what they did to my friend taking her medication, property even her house keys on Christmas eve like come on who does that on Christmas eve. Yvonne from easidrive is a horrible person to deal with , she wants to hold on to my friends keys and her stuff without reasonable cause, even though the police have tried to contact her personally to release the important items. She has blocked my friend and now she cant contact her in regards to her possessions. The police tried to contact Yvonne a few times but she has refused to liase with them. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS DODGY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. PLEASE SHARE AND I WILL SHARE AMONGST MY FOLLOWERS. NO COMPANY SHOULD GET AWAY WITH THIS"

"After reading the review below, how can a company do that to someone on christmas eve? And how can a legitimate company act like that, how do you steal someones medication and possessions on the day before Christmas. That's evil. My insurance tried to refer me but thanks to God they didn't. How are the owners allowing this kind of work performance from their employees . Claim compensation for them not following correct procedure."
