"Visited Abitare as they are listed as a supplier of Tetrad sofas, whilst we were informed when we arrived there are non on site, this wasn't an issue as we knew exactly the sofa we wanted as we had built it on the Tetrad website and then had to visit a supplier to order. The gentleman we spoke to advised he could source any Tetrad sofa, there were no issues and that I was to leave details and he would get back to me by midday the following day and that he would also drop me an email to confirm information. The following day I didn't receive any communication, I chased the day after and was greeted unprofessionally on the phone, could hear sales people talking about me as they didn't put me on hold and in the end someone accepted the call to say they had spoken to tetrad who advised they needed a new price list issuing and it would be next week. The next week I received a phone call asking for them to speak to Sarah, I wasn't aware at the time who they were and they said they had misdialed. Once I knew the number was Abitare I called back and explained to the lady that whilst I wasn't Sarah, I didn't know if she had the name wrong as I am in fact waiting for a call. She abruptly responded 'No, all i did was hit redial, I'm not ringing for you theres sales people here other than me, 2 others' I was shocked! there was absolutely no need for the attitude. The following week, by the Friday I had no communication, after the incident earlier on in the week I hesitated in phoning in case i had the same response. I phoned and was told 'oh we can't range it' I asked what range was suppose to mean and was greeted abruptly once again ' we can't get it!' wow! talk about unprofessional! I asked if anyone was going to ring me to advise this or where they going to leave me hanging on, and once again I was told there were other sales people other than her! Well, I'm glad I didn't fork out thousands of pounds to be treated this way! If this is what their sales patter is like, can you imagine how they deal with issues?! AVOID at all costs!"

"Stressful, disappointing and costly experience. Current legal action process ongoing. Some damaged areas replaced with new covers hence mismatched colour run creating varied hue. Left with iron mark on headrest from attempted repair by technician. Recliner also ordered on wrong side due to poor communication between Abitare staff. Shocking customer service, avoid this establishment."
