"Just taken delivery of a leather riser recliner chair for my mother. I found the chair on their website and had not used this business before. I am very pleased to say that Scott talked through all the features of the chair and sent me photos of some minor scuffs on the leather as an ex display model, to ensure everything above board. The chair was delivered to Lancashire three days later and Mum and I are delighted with it. I can highly recommend them. Further to the delivery of this reclining chair. A problem developed and the chair would not recline. Scott travelled to us within days of notifying Furniture Clearance Centre, willing to replace the motor if necessary. He identified the issue straightaway. One of the leads into the motor had worked loose probably as a result of moving the chair around. A simple job to push the lead back into the motor and the problem was fixed without the need for a new motor. Wonderful back service thank you and I know what to check if there is a similar problem in the future."
