"This is a MUST visit if you are in Bromley, great customer service. Plenty of options for food and drinks. Ideal for a family to hang out with and for friends to meet. You need to try the home burger, it ha delicious."

"Great venue, great food but the service from the staff lets it down. After waiting a half hour at our table to order food we asked a waitress could we order. She told us that they were understaffed and we had to order at the bar. Went to the bar where 3 members of staff were chatting away and ignored us. One particular girl looked at us and just continued talking to her work mates on the customer stools (see photo). I understand it’s hard to get staff these days and sympathise with the hospitality industry after covid but the place wasn’t busy and the staff (other than one young barman) were doing nothing. It’s a shame as the chefs are great and the venue is fantastic. We ended up leaving after our first round of drinks and went to the bar next door for food. Told the manager as we left but he didn’t seem bothered he’d lost 6 customers on a quiet night. Artful duke has so much potential and was great when it first opened but its gone down hill. Such a shame."

"Very nice and big Pub in the High streets of Bromley with seating capacity in the outdoor and indoor. Indoor seating is with a big projector and a TV to watch the Football matches. Bar tenders are very polite and friendly in addressing you. It is a very relaxed place to be with friends and spend quality time."

"Came here to watch the football on a Sunday whilst enjoying a Sunday roast. The sports/tv area had plenty of screens which made it easy to watch the game from most seats. The food was lovely and we all really enjoyed our Sunday roast. The service provided was very friendly and the pub itself is well decorated and inviting. The reason for not giving five stars was due to the service not being that efficient. The waited service was extremely slow to the point where we just went up to the bar to order our food. It then took a long time for our empty plates to be taken away, making the table cluttered. We also booked a table almost two weeks in advance and was given a table in the far corner next to the toilets. I'm sure, given the advance notice, they could have given us a better table. But after enquiring to move, they gladly accommodated us to a better table. Luckily. Overall good pub and would recommend visiting. Just make sure to ask for a good table if coming to watch something as well."
