"Very pointless appointment my partner went too. The staff were not welcoming and they were rude. We were told to park and wait on the drive. When we did this a woman came out and told us to move as a dentist is leaving. She told us to park some place else, there was no where else to park close by. My partner was told they couldn't do anything until new year and we told we would receive paperwork and a receipt and we had none. Personal recommendation go to a different dentist."

"Absolutely shocked at the fact iv been kicked out of this dental surgery. I called to cancel an appointment due to being really poorly with a kidney infection because it wasn't 24 hours notice. They are no longer offering me any appointments.i offered to bring a doctors note to confirm my illness aswel.so be warned dare you become poorly all of a sudden and have to council prepare yourself to have to find another dental surgery. The receptionist is awful telling me to get ther or I will not be seen again. Alison has treated me an my 3 kicked for years now.she is an amazing surgeon. They so need to get a new receptionist as I think its down to her that the place has bad ratings"
