Even so, Sophie took the time to follow up with me several days later to ensure my little girl was fine after complaining about tooth ache (which I think she was making up for another chancs of a sticker, bless). I did however need treatment which was carried out brilliantly and very professionally by Sophie and her assistant. "I visited this practice last week for an appointment with Dr Tom Hughes. I was very nervous in advance knowing I was likely to need treatment. However Dr Tom and all of the staff I encountered could not have been more friendly, reassuring and professional. It turned out I did indeed need an urgent procedure, but was put fully at ease, with my treatment fully explained to me and carried out quickly and with minimum discomfort. We also had an excellent conversation on changes to my personal dental hygiene routine, and a plan for future treatment; all explained in clear understandable way, without ever being condescending or critical. I would also commend the Practice for excellent Covid-19 procedures, this was very reassuring. Thank you to all involved."
