"Whilst most other dentists refuse to take any more names to add to their waiting lists, this one did happily agree to keep my details. Was impressed as approx 6 months later called to offer me an appointment. Had lots of reminders and appointment arranged around my working hours. Andreea & Dee both very friendly and reassuring had a check up and clean, my next appointment made for a follow up in 6 months with a reminder text. Very impressive"
"Disgusting service! Went to book an appointment and they have deactivated me and blacklisted me because I rearranged and cancelled by phone 2 appointments while I was really sick with covid, and then been in an out of hospital with Hypremisis Gravidarum for months so have been unable to physically go the dentist. They also don't tell you their doing it, because they don't have to the receptionist said! Which is a disgusting way to deal with customers! Now I have to find another dentist who all have waiting lists and I'm pregnant and had a filling fall out because I have been so sick!"
"Date of visit: Thursday 8th December 2022 I had a large old amalgam filling replaced with a composite filling, the procedure took about an hour and the results were impressive. I got to see photographs of each stage, which was very interesting. I felt no pain at all, although I was regularly asked if I was comfortable, and felt confident that I could have asked them to stop at any time, if so. My Dentist Stephanie Loke was brilliant, friendly and very informative. She had a great rapport with the dental nurse/hygeinist Hanna (who was also great!) - only downside was that they both don't like sprouts! (which was relevant as we were talking about healthy food choices)."
