"Even though I had total confidence in my previous dentist (who treated me for forty years) I have always been very nervous about dental treatment, and as such I have been worried about the prospect of going in to the surgery to have treatment done. However, I need not have worried! Dr LB was very kind and considerate and found out my main worries regarding treatment before starting. He did everything possible to minimise the things that were a cause of concern to me, even making small adaptations to the equipment he was using. He assured me that if I needed a break for a couple of minutes, he would stop if I signalled him. He was gentle and reassuring throughout and his dental nurse, Louise, was lovely, chatting to distract me and keep me calm. Thank you so much for your considerate treatment- I am really grateful!"
