"Do not use this garage for a service, especially if booking through the AA. The garage cut the brakes on my vehicle, were negligent and lied about the parts of the test that they have carried out, although checked as completed. Test drive was expected, in addition to checking the vehicle over for any mechanical faults, however, this was checked off despite being told verbally that it had not been carried out. Although they fixed the issue when the AA brought it up with them, they expected a dangerous vehicle without brakes to be returned to them (which involves taking it back along a motorway and potentially causing a crash) and treated them cutting the vehicles brake as an inconvenience to them."
